How to use it

  1. Lay the card on a dark table in good light and take a photo of the front, then the back, from straight above.
  2. Add each photo, then drag and zoom until the card fills its frame.
  3. Pick real size, or bigger if the office wants a copy that is easy to read.
  4. Download the PDF and print it at 100%, or the JPG to send on WhatsApp or attach to a form.

Is it safe? Is my CNIC uploaded?

Nothing is uploaded or stored. The photos are cropped and put on the page inside your browser, on your own phone or computer; close the page and they are gone. Free, no sign-up, no watermark.

What size is a CNIC?

85.6 × 54 mm, the same as a bank card (the ID-1 size). Real size prints the copy exactly that big; choose 1.5 × or 2 × if the office wants a copy that is easier to read.

How do I print it?

Download the PDF and print it on A4 at 100% or “Actual size”. “Fit to page” makes the card the wrong size. Any print or photocopy shop can print it from WhatsApp or a USB stick.

A form wants the CNIC as a JPG under a size limit. What do I do?

Download the JPG, then open the Photo resize tool and shrink it to the size the form asks for, such as 100 KB or 200 KB.

Which cards does it work for?

Any card the size of a bank card: CNIC and smart CNIC, student and office cards. For a passport page or a paper document, use JPG to PDF.
