How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF (a statement or list downloaded from a website or app works best).
  2. Pick one sheet for all pages, or a sheet for each page.
  3. Tap Convert to Excel and open the .xlsx in Excel, WPS or Google Sheets.

Can I add up the amounts in Excel?

Yes. Amounts like 1,250.00 become real numbers (1250), and amounts in brackets like (300) become minus 300, so SUM works straight away. Account numbers, CNIC numbers and anything starting with 0 stay as text, so no digit is lost.

Will it work on my bank statement?

Yes, if the statement was downloaded from internet banking or the app (its words can be selected). The heading printed on every page is kept once. If the PDF has a password, remove it first with Unlock PDF. A photo or scan of a statement has no words in it; use Image to text for those.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The PDF is read and the Excel file is made inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. That matters for statements and salary sheets.
