How to use it

  1. Choose the Excel file (.xlsx, .xls or .csv).
  2. If it has several sheets, tick the ones you want. Pick Portrait or Landscape, or leave Best fit.
  3. Check the pages, then tap Download PDF.

Questions

Will all my columns fit on the page?

Yes. The columns are fitted to the page width, and a wide sheet turns the page sideways (landscape) by itself. When there are very many columns the text gets smaller and long entries wrap inside their cell, so nothing is cut off.

Does it keep the heading row on every page?

Yes. The first row (Name, Class, Fee…) is printed in bold at the top of every page, so a long list of students, stock or payments stays readable. Untick it if your first row is not a heading.

Which files work? Is my file uploaded?

Excel .xlsx and old .xls, LibreOffice .ods and .csv. Nothing is uploaded: the file is read and the PDF is made inside your browser. Colours and charts are not copied; the values and the table are.
