How to use the Sitey app

Every screen and tool, a few steps each. The same guides are inside the app: tap ? at the top of any screen.

Start here

Making any card, bill or paper

Every design tool works the same way.

  1. Tap "Say it once" and write everything in one line, e.g. the names, date and place. Sitey AI fills the card (this needs internet).
  2. Or tap "Edit text", or any text on the card, and type it yourself. "Fill from my business profile" puts in your saved name, phone and logo.
  3. The "Design" tab changes the colours, photos and the design itself; your details stay. Undo and redo are at the top.
  4. Tap "Export" at the top: save a picture or PDF, send it on WhatsApp, print it, or send it to a print shop. It is also kept in My work.

Cards, bills, menus, school papers and photo tools, in Urdu and English.

  1. Tap a tool to start, or type what you need in the search box, e.g. shadi card or bill.
  2. Long-press a tool to pin it to the top.
  3. "Ask Sitey AI" at the bottom opens the free AI chat.
  4. The tabs at the bottom: Create, Sitey AI, My work and More.

My work: everything you made

Every design you make is saved on this phone automatically.

  1. Tap a design to open it again, change it and share it.
  2. Search by name, or sort them into folders.
  3. Designs stay on your phone; Sitey does not upload them.

Sitey AI

Sitey AI: everything AI in one place

Free AI in Urdu, Roman Urdu and English. It needs internet.

  1. The round button starts a new chat. Your chats are listed under "Chats".
  2. AI cards, AI prompts, the translator, voice notes, wishes, stories and shop names are at the top.
  3. Sitey AI gives 30 free messages a day.

Chat with Sitey AI

Ask anything in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English. It needs internet.

  1. Type your question and send. The first time, Sitey asks you to continue with Google.
  2. Attach a photo or PDF to ask about it, e.g. a letter or a bill.
  3. Long-press an answer, then copy it; tap the speaker to hear it read aloud.
  4. 30 free messages a day. The ⋮ menu has the chat theme and deleting your Sitey AI account.

AI prompts

Ready prompts for photos and writing, for Gemini, ChatGPT or Sitey AI.

  1. Pick a category or search, then tap a prompt.
  2. Photo prompts: tap "Copy and open Gemini", add your own photo there and send.
  3. Writing prompts: "Ask Sitey AI" sends it straight to the chat.
  4. Share any prompt on WhatsApp.

AI cards

Charts, budgets, tables and plans from one sentence.

  1. Write what you want, e.g. "monthly budget for a family of 5 on Rs 80,000", and tap "Make card".
  2. "Change something" fixes the card in your own words.
  3. Save the picture or share it as a PDF.

Voice note maker

Type it, and Sitey says it in a natural voice.

  1. Type or paste what should be said, in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.
  2. Tap "Make voice note", then "Play" to hear it.
  3. "Send on WhatsApp" sends it as a voice message.

Wishes & messages

Eid, birthday, shaadi, Jumma and more, ready to send.

  1. Write what it's for, or tap one of the examples. E.g. Eid wish for Ammi.
  2. Sitey AI writes it in a few seconds.
  3. Copy it, send it as text, or send it as a voice note.

Story maker

A new kahani for kids or the family, with a lesson.

  1. Write what it's for, or tap one of the examples. E.g. the magic kite.
  2. Sitey AI writes it in a few seconds.
  3. Copy it, send it as text, or send it as a voice note.

Translator

Urdu, English and Roman Urdu, typed or from a photo.

  1. Type or paste text, or take a photo of a letter, sign or menu with "Camera" or "Photo".
  2. Choose "Translate into": Urdu, English or Roman Urdu, then tap "Translate".
  3. Copy it, send it on WhatsApp, or ask Sitey AI about it.

Photo and phone tools

Remove a photo's background

Cut out a person, product or logo. Works without internet.

  1. Tap "Choose a photo" and say what is in it: a person, or a product or logo.
  2. Pick the new background: clear, white or any colour. "Redo or repair the cutout" fixes the edges.
  3. Save to phone or share.

WhatsApp sticker maker

Stickers from your photos or videos, with your own words.

  1. Choose "From a photo" or "From a video". Sitey cuts out the face or the thing, or use the whole photo.
  2. Add words and pick the text colour.
  3. "Add to WhatsApp" puts it in your sticker pack, or send this sticker straight away.

QR code maker

A QR for a link, WhatsApp, a phone number, Wi-Fi and more.

  1. Choose what the QR opens, then fill it in. "Fill from my business profile" uses your saved details.
  2. Change the colour or put a logo in the middle. If it says it doesn't scan, remove the picture or shorten the text.
  3. Save to phone or share. Print it big enough to scan from a distance.

Map maker

A clear map to your shop or event, for cards and WhatsApp.

  1. Find a place, paste a Google Maps link, or use "My location".
  2. Move the map so the + is on the spot and tap "Add a pin here". Give it a label, e.g. Our shop.
  3. Join pins with a line to show the distance, then save or share.

Watermark your photos

Put your logo or name on many photos at once.

  1. Tap "Choose photos", then choose a logo or type your name.
  2. Set the size, colour and how strong it is. Check each photo with next and previous.
  3. "Save all" puts every photo in your gallery.

Phone gauges

Live dials for battery, storage, RAM, heat and internet speed.

  1. "New gauge": choose what it shows and how it looks, or "Make a gauge with AI" in one sentence.
  2. "Test my internet speed" runs a real test; it uses some data.
  3. Put a gauge on the phone's home screen, or ask Sitey AI about your phone.

Document scanner

Clean, straight PDFs of bills, forms and letters.

  1. Tap "Scan pages" and hold the phone over the paper; it finds the edges and takes the picture. Add more pages, or import photos.
  2. Crop, rotate or clean a page before you tap Done.
  3. Name the file, then save the PDF, share it on WhatsApp or print it.

ID card copy

Both sides of a CNIC on one A4 page, at real size.

  1. Tap "Scan the card": scan the front first, then the back.
  2. "Real size" matches the card; "Large" is easier to read.
  3. Save the PDF, share it or print it. The copy stays on your phone.

Passport size photo

A 35 × 45 mm photo on white or blue, and a sheet to print.

  1. Choose a photo looking at the camera, in good light. Sitey finds the face and frames it.
  2. Pick the size and background; "Head size" and "Up or down" fix the framing.
  3. Save the photo, or print a sheet: an A4 PDF, or a 4×6 picture for a photo studio.

Name in calligraphy

Your name in Urdu calligraphy, as a picture.

  1. Type the name with an Urdu keyboard. Typed in English letters? Tap "Write it in Urdu" (needs internet).
  2. Choose the lettering and the look. "Round, for a DP" keeps everything inside WhatsApp's circle.
  3. Add a small line below if you like, then save the picture or share it.

Photo frames

Your photo in an Eid, 14 August, wedding or birthday frame.

  1. Choose a photo and the occasion. The greeting can be in Urdu, English or both.
  2. Add your name or a short message, then move the photo with "Closer", "Left or right" and "Up or down".
  3. Save the picture or share it on WhatsApp status.

Shops and schools

School batch

A whole class's ID cards, result cards or fee challans at once.

  1. Add students one by one, or bring in your Excel sheet with "Student list": paste it or open a CSV file. "Copy example" shows the columns.
  2. Fees, blood groups and phones can come in the same sheet; marks come in with "Marks sheet".
  3. Make all the cards in one go and save them as one PDF to print.

Catalog

Your products, prices and customers, ready for bills and price tags.

  1. "Add product" or "Add customer". Each needs only a name; the rest is optional.
  2. Bills, price tags and labels can fill from here.
  3. Tap an entry to edit or delete it.

Profiles

Your shop's or school's details, typed once and used in every design.

  1. "Add profile": the name, phone, address and logo.
  2. The active profile is the one "Fill from my business profile" uses.
  3. Keep more than one, e.g. your shop and your school, and switch between them.

Settings and More

Settings

Language, notifications and your Sitey AI account.

  1. Change the app's language between Urdu and English.
  2. Turn Sitey's news and festival reminders on or off.
  3. Sign out of Sitey AI or delete its account; your designs stay on the phone.

Sales advisor

What your sales say, and what to do this week.

  1. Choose your Sitey bills, or paste an Excel sheet or open a CSV file: date, item, quantity, amount.
  2. The phone works out the totals; tap "Get advice". The AI only sees those totals.
  3. Ask a follow-up question, like "Why are Fridays slow?"

Questions

Does Sitey work without internet?

Yes, every design and photo tool works offline. Sitey AI, the translator, voice notes, AI cards and the speed test need internet.

Is Sitey free?

Yes. The app and every tool are free; ads keep it free. Sitey AI has a daily allowance of 30 messages, which starts again every day.

How do I print a design?

Open the design and tap "Export" at the top. "Save PDF" is best for a print shop; "Send to a print shop" sends it on WhatsApp. "Print now" prints from the phone to a printer on the same Wi-Fi.

How do I make many price tags or a whole wedding set?

Open a price tag or shadi card, tap "Export", then "Create a batch / complete set". Price tags: add rows, paste them from Excel or bring them from your catalog; 24 tags fit on one A4 page. Wedding set: pick the events and the number of cards for each, with its own date, time and venue. The batch is saved on the phone as you go. "Saved batches" opens an older one; "New batch" starts again.
