Terms of use

These terms cover the Sitey Android app (pk.sitey.app), made by Sitey (sitey.pk) in Pakistan. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
The app is free to use. It shows ads from Google AdMob when your phone is online. There are no payments, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
The app is for people 18 and over, and so is Sitey AI (the AI tools and the AI chat). Signing in to Sitey AI means you are 18 or older. AI answers can be wrong; check them before you use, print or share them.
What you make is yours. Names, photos, logos, prices and text you enter, and the designs you export, belong to you. You are responsible for having the right to use any name, photo, logo or detail you put in a design, and for checking names, numbers, dates, prices and marks before you print or share.
The templates, artwork, fonts and the app itself remain the property of Sitey and their licensors. You may use them to make designs for yourself, your shop, your school or your customers, and print or share those designs freely. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, its templates or fonts on their own.
Totals, percentages, grades and other calculations are worked out from what you type. Photo text recognition and background removal can be wrong. Review every result against your source; Sitey is not responsible for losses caused by an unchecked design, document or calculation.
Do not use the app to make fake documents, forged certificates, misleading notices or anything illegal under the law of Pakistan or where you live. Payment QR codes you add to a design are your responsibility; the app does not process or verify payments.
Designs are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them. Keep copies of anything important by exporting it.
Invitation links (wedding and birthday cards) put your card and its details on a public page at app.sitey.pk for 180 days. Only share details you are happy for anyone with the link to see. Sitey may remove a link that is reported for fake, abusive or illegal content.
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available but cannot promise it will be free of errors or work on every device. To the extent the law allows, Sitey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.
We may update the app and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
