Sitey creates cards, business designs and school documents on your device. No account is needed for any design tool; only the optional Sitey AI chat asks you to sign in with Google. The app is free, shows ads and has no payments.
Sitey is offered on Google Play in Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Türkiye. The app is for adults (18 and over); Sitey AI, the AI tools and the AI chat, is for people 18 and over, and signing in to Sitey AI means you are 18 or older.
Your designs, business or school profiles, chosen photos and settings are stored in the app's private device storage. Text recognition and photo processing use models on your device. The models for reading Urdu photos download once from Google Play the first time you use that feature, and Google Play handles that download. After that, every design tool except the map maker works without internet. Apart from the optional AI tools described below, Sitey never uploads your designs, photos, profiles or the text you type.
When the phone is online, Sitey uses Google services for five things only. Google AdMob shows ads and uses your device's advertising ID, IP address and app activity to choose and measure them. Google Analytics for Firebase counts app use, such as which screens are opened and that a design was exported, with device type, app version and approximate location from the IP address. Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report with device and app details when the app crashes. Firebase Performance Monitoring measures how long the app takes to start, how smoothly screens draw and how long exports, photo cutouts, menu reading and map downloads take, with device type, app version and country from the IP address; it never includes your designs, photos, text or map locations. Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers occasional news from Sitey (new tools, new designs, festival cards); for that the phone gets a Firebase notification ID, and the app joins two groups, all users and users of your chosen language. Sitey sends news to those groups only, and Sitey's own servers never receive or store your notification ID. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Where the law requires it, for example in the European Union, Sitey asks for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can change that choice under Settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
Sitey also counts app use for its own team at sitey.pk, with the same plain events Firebase receives: which screens and tools are opened, that a design was saved or shared, that an AI tool was used, and whether a Sitey notification arrived, was opened or swiped away and which screen followed. These are daily counts with the app version and a random number made on your phone for this install; they never include your designs, text, photos, names or numbers. Feedback is optional: under Settings, or when the app now and then asks "How is Sitey so far?", you can send stars, a comment, a feature request or a problem report. It goes to sitey.pk with that random number, your app version and language, and the WhatsApp number only if you type one so the team can reply; your stars never decide whether Google Play asks for a review. Session recordings are off unless you switch on "Share session recordings" in Settings or say yes after sending feedback. Then Microsoft Clarity records which screens you open and where you tap, with all words on screen and pictures hidden, tagged with that random number; Microsoft processes it for Sitey under its privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement). Switching it off stops recording at once.
Invitation links are optional and only for wedding and birthday cards. When you tap "Share as a link", Sitey uploads that card's picture and the details on it (names, event, date, time, venue, address, contact number and message) to app.sitey.pk, which runs on Cloudflare. Anyone with the link can see that page; it is hidden from search engines, and Sitey keeps it for 180 days and then deletes it automatically. You can update the link or remove it at once from the same screen, or email hello@sitey.pk to have it removed.
The AI tools are optional, need the internet and only run when you tap them: "Fill with AI", "Write a caption with AI", "Translate to Urdu (AI)" or "Translate to English (AI)" and "Write a product listing with AI". Each tap sends the text you typed, the text on your design or the product photo you chose, once, to Sitey's AI server (app.sitey.pk, on Cloudflare), which passes it to Anthropic's Claude to write the answer; Anthropic handles it under its own policies (anthropic.com/legal/privacy). To keep the tools free and fair, the server counts uses per phone and per connection, using a scrambled form of the phone's Android ID and of the IP address; it stores those counts, the tool used and the cost, never your text, photos or the answers. Under each answer you can tap thumbs up or down; a vote carries no text. After a thumbs down, Sitey asks whether to send that example (your request and the AI's answer, never the photo) to improve the tool; only if you tap Send does Sitey keep it, for 90 days. AI answers can be wrong: check them before saving, printing or sharing.
Sitey AI chat is optional and needs the internet. The first time you send a message it asks you to sign in with Google, so that each person gets a fair daily allowance. Google's sign-in gives the app a one-time token; Sitey's AI server (app.sitey.pk, on Cloudflare) checks it and keeps only a scrambled form of your Google account ID, with the date you signed up and last used the chat. It does not keep your email address, name or photo. Each message you send goes with the recent conversation to Sitey's AI server, which passes it to Anthropic's Claude to write the answer and stores only the count of messages and the cost, never the conversation. The conversation is kept only on your phone; "New chat" clears it. Every answer has a report button: you choose a reason, and only if you tick the box does the conversation go to Sitey, which keeps it for 90 days to fix the problem. You can sign out, or delete your Sitey AI account, from the chat's menu or Settings; deleting removes the scrambled ID and its usage counts from Sitey's server and the chat from your phone. You can also ask for deletion by emailing hello@sitey.pk or at app.sitey.pk/delete-account/. If Sitey has given your account extra AI messages, the server keeps a scrambled form of the email address it was given for, and matches it once when you sign in; the address itself is not kept.
Photos and PDFs in Sitey AI chat: when you attach a photo or a PDF (up to 5 MB) to a chat message, a copy is kept in the app's private storage on your device with that conversation. It is sent once, with that message, to Sitey's AI server and to Anthropic's Claude to answer it, and is not stored by Sitey after the answer. Deleting the chat, or your Sitey AI account, deletes the copies on your device.
Read aloud and voice notes: when you tap the speaker on an AI answer or a written story or message, or make a voice note, that text goes once to Sitey's AI server (app.sitey.pk), which passes it to Google's Gemini to make the audio; Google handles it under its own terms (ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms). Sitey keeps only the count and the cost, never the text or the audio. The audio stays in the app's cache on your phone so playing it again needs no internet; deleting your chats or your Sitey AI account removes it. Story maker, Shop name ideas and Wishes & messages work like the AI tools above: what you type goes once to Anthropic's Claude, and Sitey keeps only the count and the cost.
Photo AI (making a picture from your own photo with a ready prompt) is open only to a few test accounts for now. Your photo and the prompt go once to Sitey's AI server and on to Google's Gemini, which makes the picture; Sitey keeps only the count and the cost, never the photo or the picture. The picture is kept only on your phone, and is deleted when you sign out of Sitey AI.
The map maker is the other tool that needs the internet. It loads map pictures from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org), which receives your IP address and the part of the map on screen and handles them under the OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy (osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy). Map pictures are kept on the phone for up to two weeks. When you paste a Google Maps short link (maps.app.goo.gl), Sitey opens that link at Google only to read the place's coordinates. Your pins, labels and title stay on the phone; Sitey never uploads them. If you allow location, the map maker uses the phone's position to start the map and the first pin where you are and to show a blue dot for "My location". It is read on the phone only when the map maker is open, is never uploaded or sent to analytics, and appears in an exported map only where you put a pin. You can turn location off for Sitey in Android settings at any time.
When you choose Share, Android passes the selected image or PDF and its caption to the app you choose. That app, your recipient or your printer handles the copy under their own terms. Sitey does not send files to recipients automatically. When you choose Save, the export is written to the location you select; it can be outside Sitey's private storage.
Stickers and GIFs you make in the sticker maker are made and kept on your phone. When you tap "Add to WhatsApp", WhatsApp asks you to confirm and then reads that pack's stickers from Sitey on the phone; only WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business can read them. Nothing is uploaded to Sitey.
Optional voice input opens the speech-recognition app or service installed on your device. That provider may process audio online under its own privacy policy and permissions. Sitey receives the text you choose to return; Sitey does not record or upload your audio itself. Voice input is not guaranteed to work offline.
News notifications are on by default; on Android 13 and newer the app asks for notification permission first, and you can turn news off in Settings, which leaves both groups. Seasonal reminders are optional, off by default, and scheduled locally. Photo/file selection uses Android's picker; access is limited to what you choose. On older Android versions a storage permission may be requested to read selected images.
You can delete saved designs from Saved designs, edit your profiles, and turn off news and reminders in Settings. Android's app-storage controls can remove Sitey's local data. Uninstalling removes its private storage. Exports and copies already shared or saved outside the app are not removed by these actions. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app.
Photo recognition and background removal can be inaccurate. Check results against your source before saving, printing or sharing. Do not enter personal details you do not have permission to use.
This policy covers the Sitey Android app (pk.sitey.app). The Sitey website and other apps have their own policies. For privacy questions, contact hello@sitey.pk, the public contact listed on the Sitey website.
This website, app.sitey.pk, uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read and which links are tapped. Google sets cookies for that and handles the data under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The free voice generator and translator on this website send the text you type, once, to Sitey's AI server, which passes it to Google's Gemini (voice) or Anthropic's Claude (translation); Sitey keeps only daily counts and costs, never the text, the audio or the translation. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is using them.
