Is it free? Is my PDF uploaded?

Free, with no sign-up and no limit. Nothing is uploaded: the PDF is read inside your browser, on your own phone or computer.

Are the pictures in full quality?

You get each picture at the size it is stored inside the PDF, not a screenshot of the page. Photos come out as JPG; pictures with see-through parts, like logos, as PNG.

Why are no pictures found in my scanned PDF?

In a scan each whole page is one picture, so you may get one image per page, or none if the scanner stored it in an unusual way. To get every page as a picture, use PDF to JPG.
