How to use it

Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. Nothing is uploaded: the photo is cropped inside your browser, on your own phone or computer.

What size is a passport size photo?

The most common size is 35 × 45 mm (3.5 × 4.5 cm), which is 413 × 531 pixels at 300 dpi. US visas want 2 × 2 inches (600 × 600 pixels). Always check the size your form or embassy asks for.

How do I print passport photos at a shop?

Download the 4 × 6 inch sheet and ask the photo shop to print it as a 4R (4 × 6) photo. You get several photos on one print; cut along the grey lines. At home, print the A4 PDF at 100% size.

The background must be white. Can it do that?

Take the photo against a plain white or light wall for the best result. To remove a background, the free Sitey app has a background remover that works without internet.
